Mount Calvary Church is committed to using the resources God has given us to share the Gospel both in our community and around the world. We are privileged to be able to support missionaries in the US and around the world. Our missionary family is involved in a wide range of activities, including evangelism, church planting, training and equipping indigenous church leaders, Bible translation, aviation missions, and even a Gospel centered coffee shop! We also support several local organizations who seek to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our community.
TONY & ANGELA BEARD // ElLIZABETHTOWN, PA
Tony and Angela Beard are missionaries with DiscipleMakers at Elizabethtown College. DiscipleMakers pursues the call to make disciples of all nations (Matt. 28:19-20) on the college campus by proclaiming the gospel, leading Bible studies, discipling students, and raising up student leaders for a lifetime of faithful service. College students are then sent out to go and make more disciples both on campus as students and all over the world after graduation.
JORDAN & JESSICA BIRD
Jordan and Jessica serve with ABWE. They have previously worked with a church plant in Natitigou, Benin in Africa evangelizing and discipling the local people. Currently they are working with ABWE to shift their ministry location to Eastern Europe. After much prayer and planning, they feel God's call is leading them to Lithuania or Bulgaria. They are pursuing these options alongside several retired missionaries and their ABWE regional director.
SCOTT & LINDSEY BOYER // WEST VIRGINIA
Scott and Lindsey are serving with OneLife
Institute as Site Directors at Lodestar Mountain in WV. OneLife is a nine-month
Christian gap year program focused on discipleship. This program is for
students who want to grow in their faith, experience genuine community, serve
others, and travel while earning college credit. The main focus of their
ministry is to disciple 20-30 students each year who will then go and disciple
others around the world in the various ministry opportunities that the Lord
provides.
BEN & KRISTIANA BUCKMAN // BRAZIL
Ben and Kristiana serve with Pastoral Support Service. Both Ben and Kristiana are former missionary kids from Brazil and have returned to Brazil as full-time missionaries. Their main ministry focus is to start Bible Training Centers in cities, towns, and villages. Another ministry focus is to teach biblical counseling to pastors so they can care for their church members. An additional ministry focus is training Indigenous missionaries in evangelism, discipleship, counseling, and church planting.
BEN & NIKKI BUCKNER // PAPUA NEW GUINEA
Ben and Nikki serve with Ethnos 360. The main focus of their ministry is church planting and discipling a group of believers among the Nakani people. They are also engaged in developing biblical curriculum in the tribal language and continuing to work on translating portions of the Old and New Testaments for the Nakani.
ONESIMO AND MARILDA DE ARRUDA // CAMPO GRANDE , BRAZIL
Onesimo and Marilda serve with Pastoral Support Services. A focus of their previous ministry was supporting, training, and equipping local pastors and leader of indigenous tribes. Their future two-year commitment involves being trained to translate and distribute The Jesus Film. Please pray for them in this new opportunity to share the gospel throughout Brazil and the world.
JD & HANNAH C. // CHALONS-EN-CHAMPAGNE, FRANCE
Hannah has been supported by MCC since 2022 serving with ABWE, Association of Baptists for World Evangelism. She began her ministry in France working at a café run by other missionaries and a local church. The main focus of her ministry is evangelism, with a goal of developing relationships with the members of the community in the café in order to have conversations about God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Since the time Hannah became one of our supported missionaries, she married JD who has joined her in missions. Together they are now raising support with a goal to head back to France and continue the work of building relationships to spread the Gospel.
JOSEPH & LINDA DUKES // LANDISVILLE, PA
Joe serves as Vice President of Personnel for BCM International. He organizes and implements the training of new and existing BCM missionaries through Candidate Orientations and other leadership training events in North America, Europe, Africa, and South America. Pray for the Lord of the harvest to send more laborers into His harvest field for the glory of God.
CHRISTUDAS & PRAVITA EARLA // INDIA
Christudas and Pravita faithfully serve to expand the kingdom of God in India by meeting spiritual and physical needs. They are focused on training men for church planting as well as men and women in personal evangelism and discipleship. They also provide practical care for orphans, widows, and the underprivileged. Pray for God’s protection and provision as Christians are experiencing persecution in India.
Rod and Mayra serve in Mexico with Liebenzell. The main focus of their ministry is church planting and development, which includes evangelism, discipleship, leadership training, theological education, and mentoring. They also focus on building and property development for long-term sustainability of gospel focus ministry in the communities they serve. The Frys have partnered with Mount Calvary Church on many short-term missions opportunities.
ROCKY & KIM GAMMONE // NEW LONDON, CONNECTICUT
Rocky & Kim Gammone have recently transitioned from Maine to New London, Connecticut to serve as church planters through North American Mission Board. They are seeking to lead through diligent teaching, devoted discipleship, and dedication to serving the community through the life changing message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. There is a great need for the Gospel in a spiritually bankrupt city affected by crime, drugs, and poverty.
MIGUEL & MYRIAM GARRONI // MONTEVIDEO, URUGUAY
Miguel and Myriam serve with Biblical Ministries Worldwide. The main focus of their ministry is church planting, preaching and teaching, evangelism and discipleship. They have celebrated the second-year anniversary of the church they planted in Villa Carlos Paz with forty believers who they continue to train for ministry and leadership.
ANDY & SYLVIA GROSH // PAPUA NEW GUINEA
The Groshes serve with Wycliffe Bible Translators and have focused much of their ministry on providing Scripture to the Kaluli people, teaching them to read and write in their own language. They also work to see that many of the other 800+ language groups in Papua New Guinea have God’s Word in their languages as well. In 2023 they plan to present the Kaluli people with Genesis, Ruth, and the entire New Testament in audio and printed form, while training church leaders to use it to reach the unsaved among them and disciple the believers.
TIM & LEANDRA HAWES // PAPUA NEW GUINEA
Tim and Leandra are church planters with ABWE. Their main focus is training Papua New Guinea pastors and Christian school teachers through Goroka Baptist Bible College and planting churches in communities that are in need of the gospel.

Tim and Kathy are missionaries with Biblical Ministries Worldwide, INC. The focus of their ministry includes church planting, evangelism, and discipling leaders and pastors in Spain. Tim also continues to consult on the Old Testament translation work into Luxembourgish and teach at the French Bible Institute in Algrange (France).
CRAIG & LISA LITTLEFIELD // MOUNT JOY, PENNSYLVANNIA
Craig serves with Unto, a CRU Ministry. Craig primarily oversees the maintenance of the Global Logistics Center in Mount Joy, PA. He also helps with disaster relief in the United States, partnering with local churches to help those in times of great need. Unto provides humanitarian aid to meet needs around the world while sharing the hope of the gospel.

Sheri serves with CRU (formerly Campus Crusade) and is actively involved in personnel support ministry; assisting missionaries with access into countries throughout the world. Pray for God’s direction in all the logistics of this ministry.

Eric & Rohini serve with India Bible Education Enterprises. The main focus of their ministry is church planting and discipleship, providing biblical education for nationals through their Bible school, and caring for the elderly and orphans in their boarding facility.

Jay and Debbie serve with MMS Aviation Mission. Jay uses his talents in aviation mechanics to help fix planes and train mechanics to repair planes as a support ministry to other mission agencies as they take the gospel to the world. Debbie uses her skills in administration to offer support in the main office at MMS.

Chris Talluto is a missionary with DiscipleMakers – a ministry aimed at pursuing the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) by bringing the Gospel to college students and equipping them to likewise go and make disciples on campus and across the world after graduation. Chris came to a saving faith in Christ Jesus while he was a student in college, and he desired to head back to the college setting after graduation with the same life-giving Gospel message that gave him life.
SARAH TARNOWSKI // LANCASTER, PA
Sarah is serving with Love Life as the Central PA City Director. Love Life is an organization focused on uniting and mobilizing the church to create a culture of love and life that will result in an end to abortion and the orphan crisis in America.
ABBY
Abby has been a part of MCC church and served within our ministry during her years at college. After graduating, Abby felt called to missions and is raising support to head to the Middle East to work in church planting through World Team Missions Agency. Language school, relationship building, focus on unreached people groups, assisting with house churches, and raising up local ministry leaders to multiply churches in the region will be part of her scope of ministry.
